I write and negotiate the offer with your remote situation in mind — inspection contingencies, longer due-diligence windows, and clean handoff if you're flying down for the inspection.
Inspection & Close
Can't fly down? I attend the inspection on your behalf, send video walkthroughs, and coordinate everything through closing. Many clients first set foot in the home at the final walkthrough.
